I know this topic has been covered before but I have a slightly different problem. I need to be able to restore a backup of my C: drive to a different laptop (old one died). The forums say this can be done but I would need the Windows XP startup CD. I don't have the startup CD because the laptop came with XP installed. I have upgraded to SP3 but don't have the startup CD. Is there away to restore my C drive to a new laptop withoiut the startup CD? Would appreciate any help.
