Restoring files to a different PC through Norton 360 Backup

My old pc died on me and is now unaccessible. I had backed up a number of files on the 360 Backup and would like to restore these files to my new pc.

I have installed 360 on my new PC and logged in using the same account that I used with my previous pc but I still cannot access the files I backed up.

When I visit nobu.backup.com and log in there I can access the old files. But it will only let me download them one file at a time and there are tens of thousands! I want to download them as one whole group to save time.

1) How do I get the 360 installed on my new pc to recognise the backup from my old pc?

2) Why is this whole process so incredibly difficult and frustrating? Surely the whole point of having a backup is for situations like this - yet I have spent over two hours trying to find answers in various Norton 'Help' / 'Support' sections and there appears to be absolutely no instructions anywhere on how to do this.

Thanks in advance!
