As I'm unable to find a way to change a cluster size without losing all my data, I tried restoring an image after formating a drive to 64K clusters via Diskpart. After the image loaded I looked and realized that it was at 4K again.
Is there a way to restore an image (of a drive imaged at 4K clusters) to a drive with a different cluster size?
