Restoring subscription after computer crash

Hello,

My computer crashed and the hard drive had to be wiped. I was able to recover my documents from backup, but my programs are gone. My Internet Security was reset to trial version although I had over a year of subscription before the crash. Please help me restore my subscription so I don't have to pay for it again. I have a file named "Norton AntiVirus_Key", but I'm not sure it's for Internet Security.

Same issue, but I have a 3-computer subscription.  I have used 2 of the subscriptions, and one of those computers crashed so I need to re-install one of the 2 already-used subscriptions. 

 

I have the product keys; how do I make sure the install uses one of the 2 existing subscriptions.

get this sorted out by contacting our support from here. we will help you to get rid of the subscription from your crashed PC, so that you can recover that subscription back.

Depending on your monitor you may have to scroll down to see the CHAT button on the left which connects your through your computer keyboard not the phone.
