Does retail purchase of Norton 360 or Norton 360 for mobile is regional geo-locked / …eg. area of europe / or can be used globally, as if purchased directly from Norton website.
Purchased directly from Norton is geo-locked to the region where purchased. Support may be able to fix the issue for you if you are already geo-locked.
