Retail Purchase should expire Dec 2025 but shows trial version expired

Issue abstract:

Detailed description: trying this again. Retail purchase installed Dec 2024 on 4 machines. Today it’s telling me 2 of those machines the ‘trial’ version has expired but in My Account it shows that 4 out of 5 installs expire Dec 2025. What’s going on?

Product & version number: Norton Deluxe for 5 devices

OS details: Windows 10

What is the error message you are seeing? trial version expired

If you have any supporting screenshots, please add them:

Please run LiveUpdate + Restart (not Shut down) each device.
Please Sign Out → Sign In…Norton…each device.
Please confirm you’re Sign’d In each device.
Please enter your product Key on “expired” devices.
Please confirm Remote Management is enabled on each device.
Please confirm device OS is up-to-date.
Please confirm device date/time is correct.


Please review your Norton account after a while.
Please share your progress.
