Hi i wonder if someone could help out with a question????
Might be a bit silly and it might have been covered in the Forum at some stage, but how does the retail version of Norton Mobile Security get it's updates???
I just purchased a 2 year subscription for 1 device and removed the Android Market version and followed the instructions to download the NMS APK from Norton via the web browser. Installed and all is fine except i notice the Android Market NMS version number is 2.5.0.378 and the retail version number is 2.5.0.376.
I ran live update twice and evrything appears to be up to date, but is it just the retail version is a different version number all the time to the Market version.?????
And if so so how do i get the updates because i thought live update only updates definitons etc not the actual Apps version number and upgrades.
Please help i am a little bit confused here not sure if i should have just purchased the Android Market version, just trying to save some dollars by purchasing the retail version.
