Retrieving files from back up

Just found this forum would like to thank you all for the help u tried to give me in retrieving my files that norton360 v2 was supposed to have backed up ahwell just to let you know there still up there and still waiting to hear from Norton hierarchy as to why! Made many phone calls but no returned calls again thank you the technicians who I spent many hours chatting to on the phone and messaging
