One day I'll get the functionality between the Community, the Gurus, and the Management ?
'Til then; it's 'posts' with a smile.

ITMA: Thought I'd throw a bit of light; to where I'm with posting on the Community.
I submitted the file. I got the necessary 'Receipt Reply'.
Waited 48hrs, no response: deleted the response. Submitted this 'post'.
I run with a personal mediocre technical knowledge base.
The Community Senior Posters come with a vast array of knowledge.
I'm unaware of the Community Senior Posters interaction with Norton.
Do they have direct access to Norton, to resolve issues ?

I asked for your Submission ID/s because Submission status: does not update.  For example: my Submission status: remains "Your submission is being processed"

I'll ask my Community contact for Submission ID/s current status, as a work around, until Norton (hopefully) fixes Submission status: not updating.

For this event.  I submitted Portable\x64\RevoUn.exe thru "Upload a file" & "Provide file hash".
Then after some time... checked n' rechecked File Insight and Portable launch.
On my side.  I initially observed WS.Reputation.1 flag with RevoUn Portable main executable launch.
Then after some time (approx: 5 hours by my Community message time stamps).
File Insight report changed and RevoUn Portable launch occurred sans Norton objection.

for reference: Submission ID &or //check submission status URL is helpful/needed to follow up on user submissions.
for example: //check submission status URL

https://submit.norton.com/?type=CHECK&submission_id=90baab40-ee80-4ec2-a7e7-1ed6b531cccf

Note: in my experience.  Norton Support does not have submission information.

Hi bjm_: What about Portable\x86\RevoUn.exe (SHA hash = 787a813efcdbfac68d0df2392beb1cde23b15958ea569a6506d64dec70709501)?  ITMA did not specify the location (full path) of the RevoUn.exe file that triggered the WS.Reputation.1 detection, but perhaps it was the 32-bit version instead of the 64-bit version.

~ my Norton 360 (calling main executable RevoUPort.exe) objected to the 64-bit version.
I asked ITMA "Um, is this your Revo Uninstaller Portable Free submission?" [here].
On my machine with my attempt to reproduce ITMA reported WS.Reputation.1 flag [here].
My Norton objected to the 64-bit version [here].
After Norton cleared the 64-bit version WS.Reputation.1 flag.  Revo Uninstaller Portable Free (calling main executable RevoUPort.exe) ran on my machine sans Norton objection.
Granted:  ITMA report was lacking details and I did presume the 64-bit version was causal to ITMA report... since, I observed Norton WS.Reputation.1 flag the 64-bit version when I attempted to reproduce as ITMA reported regarding Revo Uninstaller Portable Free.  My submissions [here] were for the 64-bit version.
IDK what file/s ITMA submitted.
ITMA did not post Submission ID/s.

Do we all occur naturally equal, in the wild ?

I post up, with the best intentions.
Hopefully, picking up on the 'belt & braces' requirements, along the way.

Hi All.
Since my original post has generated some traffic. I thought it's time for a 'drains-up'.
Reloaded my USB stick with REVO Portable. At each stage manually scanned with Norton.
Scanned ZIP, then folder, and finally offending file. At each stage, Norton showed OK.
Ran REVO on 3 machines W10 Pro 64, W10 Home 64, W10 32. All OK.
I guess the volume of 'Submissions' brought the file to a successful conclusion ?

SMART SCAN IS STILL TRYING TO SELL ME Norton Utilities. Ho-Hum !

Revo Uninstaller Portable v2.3.0 runs normally on my system, although I'm not using Norton as the AV on my Win 10 machine.

I download the Portable build (RevoUninstaller_Portable.zip) from the from the official Revo site at https://www.revouninstaller.com/products/revo-uninstaller-free/ and unzipped in a folder on my USB thumb drive named E:\Portable\Revo.  All of the executables (i.e.,  E:\Portable\Revo\RevoUPort.exe , E:\Portable\Revo\x64\RevoUn.exe and E:\Portable\Revo\x86\RevoUn.exe) currently have a score of 0/67 (i.e., no detections for any of the 67 scan engines, including Symantec) when uploaded to VirusTotal.com for analysis.
