I purchased both Norton Internet Security and Norton Utilities on 2/18/2013. About that time I experienced strange behavior from my PC.. BSOD's, "Windows has detected a problem and is shutting down", etc. I tried to handle things myself, by searching the internet (which was a mistake) and recieived various instructions from remove devices one-by-one, remove antivirus, and reinstall, and even Format & clean install.
It wasn't until a computer repair tech replaced my motherboard, that the situation seems resolved. The problem is I apparently exceed my activation limit? Is there anyway for me to get the activation reset? The various installs where all using my same ip address, can they look it up, or am I stuck with buying a new product?
