So this app ‘‘Family Safety’’ is calling a lot of things regarding comunication a site to find romantic relationships. It serieusly called a a website for a study regarding becoming a teacher a site to find romantic contacts. It took my funeral insurance website as a website for romantic dating. It’s blocking everything pornographic just fine but the way it’s blocking everything regarding contact is absolutely ridiculous. Then the worst thing is your support is ran by people who don’t know shit. I went trough exactly what was happening and I gave the person behind the support control of my PC to trouble shoot and she started going over al the obvious stuff. Asking me to try again and again and again, she didn’t understand anything and she was asking AI to translate the message you get when something is blocked by you guys. She was using AI to translate the defaulth message you get when you go to a website you aren’t supposed to be on! She even started writing a message in the box that’s there to write a message to your parent (me) why something should’nt be blocked. are you kidding me…? She wrote ‘'Why is this blocked?’’ in there. Your app works decent but PLEASE will someone of the actuall staff that knows something about Norton actually read this and look at the issue. I can assure you no-one in my family is looking for a romantic relationship at the funeral insurance.
