I started a message about a glitch when you right click on "All Programs"

I can't reply to it any more. It looked like it was going to be fixed based on the messages, but it was not fixed in NIS 2010 and it is still there now that I upgraded to NIS 2011.
Any word on a fix?

Yes I see that thread was closed, perhaps because Tony Weiss said they'd identified it.
I'm a little puzzled since I'm using XP Pro SP3 as you were and I don't have a START / All Programs but just START / Programs and I'm not quite sure what to do to follow your steps.
If I Right Mouse Click on Programs I get a massive pop out menu (3 columns on my overloaded computer) but I can select Norton (which takes me to Installation FIles or Norton Internet Security which takes me to NIS's menu structure and also a 4 item small popout -- Open / Explore //poen All Users / Explore All Users.
But I'm on 2011 now and I don't think I ever RMC'd on the Programs menu item.
Just wondering ....
PS Give the Norton Staff some time to get through their weekend since not so many are around -- they do this on top of their other Norton jobs!

Hugh, did you already ask Symantec to respond since they had acknowledged the problem in the other thread?
