Here is some information on the SMS filtering in 360 mobile. Protect your mobile device against phishing text messages
Have you had legitimate SMS messages filtered by Norton 360’s? If so,
Sorry about that, i lost power before really getting to details.
Most of the details about device and bersion aren’t that important. The problem is the sms have neen flagged as risky. Going to your interface it tells you to Reviews and delete messages giving no other choices. The messages are in fact important messages from my doctor with links to other important info. Last thing i want is to have them deleted.
Using a Sansung s22 ultra running android 14 and ui 6.1. No os fixed available.
Norton 360 5.970.241017177
I have never encountered any detections in the few SMS messages I have received, so I have not seen the screens with detections.
When you use the Review option, is there not some way to accept the message as legit? Can you post a screenshot of the Review option?
No way to mark them as not risky. So unlike email no way to say accept risk or mark them as not spam.
The article you pointed to pretty much shows what the messages that are displayed and the only actions allowed
Is I have not experienced risky SMS, I’ll escalate this thread to get the attention of the Android 360 team.
