In an attempt to get a solution to the Norton/Windows 10 problem I am having, and at the invitation from a Norton agent, remote access was permitted so that the Norton agent could "help" solve a problem. He told me that all he was going to do was uninstall and then reinstall Norton but that wasn't true because right after I saw him uninstall Norton he began going through my Windows setup and messing with my startup options. I saw that and asked why, which question he completely ignored and then he proceeded to my device management setup in Windows and started messing with the settings on my devices. That is when I took over and finally got him disconnected. BEWARE!!!!!
