RON ads by banners4u

I am currently using firefox with the latest updates. But on startup, lately IE has been opening up by itself with RON ads by banners4u in the window title and its open to some random page. I stopped using IE a long time ago, but now its poping up on statup. It even started doing it with firefox, but I managed to find the file that was infecting firefox. I've tried looking for the file thats infecting IE but I can't find it, and I managed to get the url for one of the ads that poped up, I had to open up the adress bar:
