I really need someone's help. No scan is getting rid of ZeroAccess and whatever else it has downloaded onto my network. I am currently a subscriber to NIS 2013 and I think it injects programs with malicious code in order to hide itself. There are a lot of Desktop.ini files, $Recycle.Bin, Windows XP folders (Documents & Settings) On Windows 7?? No way. I scanned my network after noticing the speed come to from tterrible, unusable speed. I logged on my router and nlocked off ports and UDP/TDP from Norton's removal guide. I want to cut to the chase so I will be attaching FarBar log's.
Thank you!!
Jared
