Rsg04.cpl. Norton flags this as suspicious - is it a false positive?

Yesterday I bought the new WinDVD 12, I have problems playing blu ray discs which I believe is due to the rsg04.cpl file being flagged as Trojan.Gen.2, I'd like to know whether this is a false positive.

Tia,
