This product (along with the rest of Norton Premiere) keeps disappearing from my devices. I have 4, two of them require Norton Family -- an Android and a PC desktop (Windows).
I spent an hour on a "chat" yesterday (with a person who kept repeating the same canned phrases over and over again), uninstalling and reinstalling Norton Premiere which for some reason stopped recognizing me as a customer (I paid for the annual access package a few months ago). Everything was working fine until today less than 24 hours later the same thing has happened:
I log into Norton Family and it says there are no children associated with the account and the device is gone. The information seems to have been erased. The chat person yesterday said the mishap was due to an update. But this is ridiculous.
Aside from the fact that the Norton Family app has failed our family again and again (kid getting around Chrome extension loophole multiple times, pornography accessed, time curfews randomly enforced) this disappearing application thing is just too much.
Can someone provide assistance?
