Rule "Default Block SSDP" blocked. How to stop this?

I keep getting these "Rule "Default Block SSDP" blocked. 192.xxx.x.x. Inbound TCP connection." in my security history every time I am connected to my wireless network. They occur every 10-20 seconds, and my security history is filled with them.

While I know these are not harmful, I do not know why I keep getting these. Is there a way to disable these, or are there any "settings" I can change to make these stop? These are getting pretty annoying.

I already tried disabling the SSDP Discovery service AND turning off Network Discovery and File Sharing, but that is only a temporary solution. Is there a permanent fix to this?
