Rule rejected udp(17) EVERY SECOND and a lot of slowdown

So I just got home and turned on my laptop, Norton updated. After that I noticed a lot of lag and such which is strange for this computer. I never got any warning that it was beginning a system scan because I usually DO notice lag during that but nothing like this. I checked Norton's history and there's a sudden string of "rule rejected udp(17)" happening EVERY second. They just won't stop. And Norton's process in task manager is really high, like it's doing something but it isn't as far as I can tell. My computer's activity light is going nuts and at times going solid and staying that way along with the fan running like crazy. Which is just not normal, this never happens.

I disconnected from the internet and the process still runs like crazy but those instances don't come up anymore. I didn't initiate a scan, never saw a warning for a scan, so I'm kinda perplexed as to what this could be. Now there was a warning right before this happened, but it was an activity warning about Firefox's "add on container" or something to that extent using high system resources. Number 1, it isn't. Number 2, the log wasn't saved! I can't find it in Norton.

I exported the logs for you guys to see, but I don't know if I should attach them if there's anything sensitive in there I don't want to be publicly viewable.
