Run scans and no green checks show. This is an issue with product

WHen i run scans, after they are done, it does not show a green check.

It used to show for quick scan but now even that is gone. All have been run today. Where are the green checks.

This has been escalated to level 2. Earlier today for a brief time, 2 green checks showed.

Software was uninstalled and re-installed just last weekend. Seems to be nagging issues with this product. And genie scam protection shows 1 of 2, 2 of 2 and 0 of 0 sometimes on PC. BOunces around. Not reliable.

Product & version number:NORTON DELUXE 360.. up to date fully.
