Has anyone tried running Live Update manually today and run into problems?
When I ran Live Update manually about an hour ago, it had 7 updates; but only 4 were successfully installed. Unsuccessful were Norton 2011 Virus Definitions, Norton Activity Data, and Norton 2011 Web Protection Definitions.
Now an hour later, I ran Live Update manually again. It had 3 updates - 1 was successful (the Norton 2011 Virus Definitions), but the other 2 were still unsuccesful.
During this time, Live Update has run automatically. I assume it downloaded the pulse updates successfully.
Yesterday Live Update was okay, but when I ran it manually for the first time today, the above happened.
Do you think it's my computer or is Norton maybe having an update problem? Never had this problem before where the update installation was unsuccessful.
