Running NSS 360 Quick Scan Never Finds Tracking Cookies

Oh They (Tracking Cookies) I think may have been found about a week ago and Norton Insight (Performance) never even shows that I've run a scan, I try to remove them, . ask me to remove them first (a Norton Full Scan takes 5 1/2 hours to scan my files), whatever, all nada............Thanks, Gorpy1
