Runtime Error

Well, I just installed the latest version, and I still get the runtime error:

Program: C:\Program Files\Norton Online\Engine\2.2.0.20\ccSvcHst.exe

R6025

-pure virtual function call

Happens all the time. Never when the computer starts up or shuts down. I believe only when we are browsing the internet. I do not know if it happens when Safety Minder is disabled. I will try that out and let you know.

And now that I think about it, Safety Minder is auto disabled when I am logged on since I am not a monitored account

Hi cbernardo13,

I've sent you a private message.  You could access the message by clicking on the icon_notes_mail.gif icon in the upper right hand corner of the page.

Thanks,

Everytime Norton does an upgrade on my computer, I get the Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error.  specifically C:\programfiles(x86)Internetexplorer\explore.exe R6025

-Purevirtualactioncall

It's definately caused by Norton.  Last time I uninstalled and reinstalled it and it worked.  Last night, noticed that when it started happening again, the Norton update was just updated.

Anyother advise other than uninstalling and reinstalling Norton.  This is very time consuming and sets me back on everything else I have to do.
