Safe Call is a feature in 360 Deluxe that is not found in the Scam Protection options to turn on. So, if it’s not listed, how to I get to it to activate it on my cell phone?

The reason you cannot find Safe Call under your Scam Protection options is that Safe Call is not included in the Norton 360 Deluxe plan.

While Norton 360 Deluxe includes standard Scam Protection features (like Safe SMS and Safe Web), the Safe Call feature requires an upgraded tier called Scam Protection Pro.

Plan Requirements for Safe Call
According to Norton Support, Safe Call is only available on mobile plans that feature Scam Protection Pro, such as:

• Norton 360 with LifeLock plans (US only)
• Norton 360 Advanced
• Norton Mobile Scam Defense or Norton 360 Plus for Mobile

Why am I seeing settings for it? (iPhone users)
If you are using an iPhone, you might see a toggle switch for Norton 360 under your phone’s main iOS Settings > Phone > Call Blocking & Identification. This is a default iOS behavior where Apple displays call-filtering controls at the app level, even if your specific Norton subscription doesn’t activate the feature internally. Turning it on there will not activate Safe Call if you have the Deluxe plan.

Where Safe Call lives (If you decide to upgrade)
If you do upgrade to a plan that supports Scam Protection Pro, you won’t find it inside the sub-menus. Instead, you activate it directly from the main menu:

1. Open your Norton 360 app.
2. Tap Menu at the bottom of the main screen.
3. Tap Safe Call directly from that list to begin the setup
