I just signed up for safe email. We are getting more spam and hoped that this will help identify the bad ones. However, so far it has been just the opposite. We get some emails that are flagged bad but they are OK. We also get emails that are flagged OK but they are bad. It would be a good idea if Norton had a way for us to farward bad emails that are flagged OK so they can develop a better method for identifying bad emails.
