Safe Search extension doesn't exist on Apple Store

hello. I own a MacBook Air with Mojave OS, I reinstalled Norton Security. Everything seems to work fine, but when I try to activate the Safe Web extensions for Safari I was redirected to Browsing Protection page first, and pushing on link Norton Safe Search Install it opens App Store app on extensions page but no Norton extensions is present.

I live in Italy

Please, any idea?

thanks in advance

Thank you viveksu, the link solved the issue, but there is no way to reach that page without this direct link.

in document I read: "Download and install Norton Safe Web Plus Safari App extension from Norton from Mac", and I think it's mean from Safe Web tab of Norton Security for Mac... (please, see the attachment)  I tried and sometimes it did't work, and sometimes it opened a black window, and the App Store app in the Safari Extensions section, where the app Norton Safe Plus is not listed.

Thanks again to all an have a nice we

HI All,

As mentioned by JLH1000 - Legacy Safari Extension galley is closed by Apple

Norton Safe Web Plus Safari App extension is available now in App Store, please use the below link to Install the App

https://apps.apple.com/in/app/norton-safe-web-plus/id1474744028?mt=12(link is external)

More information about the App is available in the below document -

https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/home/current/solutions/v133762860?ispid=16

Note - Safari 13 is not providing the capability to configure Norton Safe Search as your default search provider when you search from the Address bar

Rob, what I understand is the Safari Extension Gallery was closed by Apple on or around 9/1/19 and replaced, as you noted, by the Mac App Store. Last I counted there were 70+ extensions in the Safari Extension Section and growing. Where Norton, Bitdefender, etc. stand on this is anyone's guess, but sure is a disservice to users. Apple needs to get with it also. There are no categories within the Safari Extension section, users can't search due to the absence of Search within the Extensions so users just have to drop back to the Mac App Store and search from there.

Thanks for your support, the problem is that the extensions doesn't exist in the Mac App store (I live in Italy, maybe  it's not available for Italian market... I don't know), so I not able to do this action "Download and install Norton Safe Web App extension from Mac App store"

Thank you, you as well. Just a side note, do you have the following? I'm concerned that this article could apply if you have Safari 13 (any release).

MacOS 10.14.4 and above

Safari 12 and above

Hello Soul, thanks for the answer... unfortunately your suggestion doesn't solve my problem.

The extensions doesn't exist in the Apple store, I think that there is a problem between Apple and Norton. : |

Thanks again and Have a nice we
