Safe-search tab not working on chrome & edge

i get the folowing message on CHROME & EDGE

 

This page isn’t working

search.norton.com didn’t send any data.

ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

 

I have run updates on the extensions and of CHROME then restarted CHROME

I get the same error when I try it in incognito mode.

NORTON 360 liveupdate  is uptodate. 

Windows 10 is uptodate.

I get the same error when i click on the Browser Extensions tab on the Norton 360 Internet Security  "You are Protected" tab

.Advice please.
