I have the same problem .
My site (brothersoft.com )norton rating was changed a month ago , it was green before.
I had contacted you guys to give my site a new green evaluation like before for more than a month but still unsolved .
Just KEEP telling me that i will received call about that within 24- 48 hours , and it had been handled by your technical team and
treating this issue with high priority but i never received any call from you guys and the case still unsolved .
In fact , I am soooooooooooooooooooo disappointed about your company work efficiency and your company online support.
So may i know is there anyone who can help me about that ?
