What is the main difference between the Norton Secured "Yellow circle with a black check mark" and Site is Safe "Green circle with white OK"? The last few days I've noticed a lot of routine websites are now Yellow Circles, even some HTTPS sites. Shouldn't the HTTPS sites have the green circle?
Even this Community site is now showing a yellow circle instead of the normal green circle.
