Safe Web false positive not cleared, site already cleared by Google, dispute stalled

I am requesting a re-evaluation of the Safe Web rating for tru47 .com and [www. tru47 . com](http: //www. tru47. com), currently rated as URL:Blacklist.

This is a confirmed false positive. The original flag was caused by a third party accessibility widget that loaded external code site wide. That widget has been completely removed. Google Safe Browsing has already reviewed and cleared the site, Google Search Console Security Issues shows No issues detected as of June 13, 2026. Every other major scanner reports the site clean.

Norton Safe Web is now the only service still flagging it, roughly a week after Google cleared it, which is causing real harm to a legitimate Shopify ecommerce business whose customers are being blocked.

I submitted a dispute through the Safe Web form on June 18 and it has not been processed. The system will not let me submit again because the original is still open. I am asking a moderator or the Safe Web team to please re-evaluate and update the rating.

Detection category shown to users: URL:Blacklist. Reference from the block notice: 5593ded5aa1c.

Thank you.

  • Norton Submission Portal is used for submitting false positive reports.
  • Verified site owners generally have access to a dashboard where they can see the status of their site and any pending disputes.
  • If the status of your site has not changed – on the Safe Web public lookup – after 48 business hours – contact official Norton Support directly. Explicitly tell the agent: “I have already submitted a site dispute via the Safe Web portal more than 48 hours ago and have not received a status update.” This often prompts support to escalate the ticket manually.

False detection reported through a “Threat Secured” notification popup is strictly path-specific.
