Hi guys. Having a bit of trouble here. My Safeweb icons have gone missing. I haven't done anything to my P.C.

Internet Explorer 11 Ver 11.0.32.
Bing. Home page.
Enhanced Protected mode is off.
I have noticed that I haven't got the XML DOM Document installed. Well it says (Not Verified).
I have tried Support but cannot get past the page were you fill in the boxes. I press Save and Continue and it just goes back to the same page.
Any one got any solutions please. Help.
