How long does it take to have your site tested by Safe Web after you have had your ownership verified?

Once you have seen this confirmation in your Safe Web profile,

the rating may take 10 to 14 days (although I have seen it occur sooner).

Thanks Phil_D.  It's been 15 days since I verified my site.  Should I give it a few more days or is it time to contact the help desk?
