A previous version of my website, PhilElmore.com, apparently suffered an exploit and had, briefly, malicious code uploaded to it. My website has since moved, and my new domain, PhilElmore.us, has no issues and is "safe" per Norton's safe web environment.
Right now, my PhilElmore.com domain name does not even have its own domain space associated with it -- it simply forwards to PhilElmore.us. Unfortunately, Norton users who try to navigate to PhilElmore.com are told that the site is malicious and therefore they cannot visit it if they use that domain.
I know my website is safe because the "real" domain is safe -- what I need is to submit PhilElmore.com for reevaluation so it can be removed from Norton's list of unsafe sites.
When I try to log in to Norton's Safe Web, however, I'm told over and over again that it is "unavailable," and I must try again later.
Can someone at Norton PLEASE submit this manually, or help me get in touch with the right department? I've spent hours trying to get in touch with customer service, to no avail.
