I have Norton 360 and it covers three devices...a laptop and two PCs. My son is trying to enable his webcam and when we follow the instructions to enable SafeCam (below), when he gets to #3, the SafeCam button is grayed out and he cannot select it. I assume I have something set in the master account that is disabling that, but I cannot figure it out. Any help is appreciated.

Open your Norton device security product.
