Safely adding the Meta Tag on my Google Blog for Norton Safe Web ownership verification

1) Blog Address: http://magnetic-island-weddings-help.blogspot.com/
2) Browser(s):  Firefox 8.0.1,
3) Geographical Location Magnetic Island Australia
4) Description of the problem:

I am registering my blog with Norton Safe Web. I have successfully registered as the owner. The next section of the process requires 'ownership verification'. Below in the HTML is the metatag as provided by Norton. I am a little unclear as to how to safely place it in my Blog HTML. I have searched Norton Help & can not find any helpful information. The only information I have is located at https://safeweb.norton.com/help/site_owners#google_sites.

In the 'Example' placement given below there is no space between the comma after 'keyword2,' and the beginning of the required metatag.

Do I add the tag immediately after the comma or add a space after the comma as per existing protocols?

Instructions from Norton for my blog as provided by email read;
------------------------------------
To submit the Web site for ownership verification

1. Do one of the following:
     Copy the following meta tag and paste it into your Web site's home page. It should go in the <head> section, before the first <body> section.

<meta name="norton-safeweb-site-verification" content="ajixr37-l9kmglxujh051m47wg07tw1wra5s-p4znk3ewl2obz-wpfk1cr1ujsxn4tnaztoapq3u8qhkfgc4b6hue2e1bruj593r7zw98d9v65t09at1oll4y7pj85gf" />

(I do not have a Home page on my blog)

If you cannot place a new meta tag in your Web site homepage add this to your list of keywords:

nsw-ajixr37-l9kmglxujh051m47wg07tw1wra5s-p4znk3ewl2obz-wpfk1cr1ujsxn4tnaztoapq3u8qhkfgc4b6hue2e1bruj593r7zw98d9v65t09at1oll4y7pj85gf

For example:

<meta name="keywords" content="keyword1, keyword2,nsw-ajixr37-l9kmglxujh051m47wg07tw1wra5s-p4znk3ewl2obz-wpfk1cr1ujsxn4tnaztoapq3u8qhkfgc4b6hue2e1bruj593r7zw98d9v65t09at1oll4y7pj85gf"/>
