Safety Dashboard Banner blocking list of passwords in the PWM app on MS Edge

Issue:

Norton PWM safety dashboard message blocks almost entire screen when using MS windows edge browser. This occurs whether clicking on logins or safety dashboard on left side. Because of this only one line item is available to review in either area. I’ve attached photos of the issue and how only 1 line is visible and scrolling has no affect in making more passwords visible. Only that one line scrolls. At one time PWM displayed the entire list and scrolling would move 20 items or so at a time. Please fix this issue.

Currently all windows, Edge browser, norton and PWM are up to date on my computer.

What You’re Seeing

Why It’s Blocking Your View

Norton’s design intentionally makes this banner prominent—and sometimes hard to dismiss—because it treats any flagged password as a priority security issue. If you can’t change the passwords (as in your case), the system has no way to “resolve” the alert, so it stays visible and can even block access to other logins.

How to Make It Disappear

You’ve already found the right setting! Here’s the final step:

1. Go back to the settings page showed earlier (the one with the red box around “Breached password warnings”).
2. Toggle that switch OFF.

• This disables the entire Safety Dashboard alert system for breached/weak/reused passwords.

3. Close the settings and refresh the Norton Password Manager tab in Firefox.

The “Review Now” banner should now disappear completely, and you’ll see your full list of logins without obstruction.

One Last Note

Since this turns off all breach/weak/password reuse alerts, you won’t be notified if any of your other (changeable) passwords are compromised in the future. If you want to stay safe for those accounts:

• Consider manually checking critical accounts (email, bank, etc.) every few months.
• Or, if possible, update passwords for accounts where you can change them before disabling the warnings.

You’ve got this under control now! The “Review Now” block is just a safety nudge—and now you’ve told Norton you’re okay with ignoring it for your unchangeable accounts.

Clicking the Review Now button on the Norton Safety Dashboard banner takes you directly to the specific section of the Safety Dashboard within the Norton Password Manager web app that lists the passwords requiring attention.

Here is exactly what happens:

1. Navigation: It opens the Norton Password Manager web interface (if not already open) and scrolls or jumps directly to the Safety Dashboard health alert area.
2. Filtered View: It displays a list of the specific logins that triggered the alert, such as those with weak, old, or duplicate passwords.
3. Action Ready: From this view, you can immediately click “Change Now” next to any flagged password to start the process of updating it, or use the Password Generator to create a new strong password.

Essentially, the button acts as a shortcut to skip navigating through menus and go straight to the list of compromised or weak passwords so you can fix them immediately.

This response is not doable from my viewpoint on MS edge. It seems to be addressing firefox browser. There is no way i can find to disable the safety dashboard. And besides, you should be able to view multiple lines of passwords regardless as had been the case in the past.
