Safety Minder has stopped logging MSN conversations, looking in the logs every contact says no contact for over 7 days yet MSN is is daily use.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled safety Minder without any luck, what am I missing ? - it has been working and suddenly stopped a few weeks ago.

To understand your problem a little bit better some additional information is needed.
What browser and version are you using? (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome)
What version of Windows are you using? (Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7)
What version of MSN are you using? (Open MSN -> Options or Tools -> About)
First of all begin with login to Norton Online Family and check the settings for the "computer/child" that Chat Supervision is ON.
Login -> Settings -> Choose child -> Click on Instant messaging.
If the setting is off, turn it on, log out and update the local client.
If it is on, turn it off, log out and update the local client
Login, turn if on again, log out and update the local client.
Please try this and check if the Safety Minder starts to log the activity in msn.
Has IM been updated recently on the computer(s) being logged by NOF?
When my kid's computers got an automatic update for Internet Messenger NOF stopped monitoring and never has since (more than 6 months). It seems counter-productive not to accept software updates.
At the beginning Norton poeple via this forum said it was because the new version of IM was causing a challenge that they were working on but it never got fixed.
Later there was also a message from norton to say that the monitoring of IM now varies according to location because of European Privacy Laws.I don't live in Europe yet stilll it is not working. But I don't live in the US either and maybe that is the key issue.
As my kids get older it seems less important although as a long term beta tester I felt under-valued by being cut off this way.
Yes, as dgardner pointed out,NOF does not support the new versions of MSN.
