Safety Minder keeps logging my daughter out

Hi, I hope you can help with this issue.  I've installed the program on my daughters laptop (school).  It works great when its running, but when she logs out and then back in or reboots the computer it automatically logs her out of Safety Minder.  Any ideas on why this would happen?
