Safety Minder not sending any emails for attempted blocked sites...

Have Windows 7, Norton Internet Security 10, have configured OnFamily.Norton with my children's profiles, have set up Notify options, have Windows accounts set for each child. When a child attempts a blocked site, it registers on the Activity tab on OnFamily web site, but no emails are sent. Have added a secondary email address, neither are receiving Notify emails from Norton.Have checked spam/Junkmail, they are not coming in at all. Please help.
