My daughters computer was tracking all web & time usage fine. But, now it has not updated since April 17th even though she has been on the computer. It is blocking sites it should. I just am not getting the activity reports.

The same thing has happened to me. It shows that my daughter has no web activity since 4/22, yet I know she has been online every day since then. We have the latest version of the program so that's not the problem. Can someone let me know how to fix this?
