Safety Minder problem

I tried installing the Safety Minder program and received an error.  I viewed the chat threads and the fix that was stated was to remove Norton 360 and reinstall it.  I removed my Norton 360 and restarted the computer.  I still see the same error message from Safety Minder, so now I have an additional problem.  How do I reinstall my Norton 360 and how do I uninstall the Safety Minder because uninstalling Norton did not work for me?

You don’t need to remove Norton 360 to install/uninstall Safety Minder program. 

 

What exact error message do you get when trying to install Norton Safety Minder? 

 

Please go to Start/All Programs/Norton Safety Minder/Uninstall Norton Safety Minder to uninstall the program.
