Safety Minder Stopped Displaying Any Activities Under the Social and Search Categories

Hello,

 

Starting 1st week of March, I've noticed that Norton Safety Minder stopped displaying any activities under the SOCIAL and the SEARCH categories, while the WEB and IM are still OK and the activities  under these are still being logged by Safety Minder.

 

I've already tried uninstalling/reinstalling the NSF, and even tried registering in another email account, but unfortunately, the problem wasn't resolved. The supervision option on both the SEARCH & WEB categories were also ON.

 

System is running on Windows Vista, Norton Internet Security 2011, Norton Safety Minder Version 2.1.0.51, Norton Online Framework Version 2.1.0.23, Norton Online Datastore Version 2.1.0.23.

Was able to try on Internet Explorer 8 and IE9.
