Safety Minder time limit not recognized on separate computers?

My daughter reached her time limit today and the computer locked, so she went to another computer and logged on and had 2 more hours available.  All the activity shows up on her profile.

Is there a way for the time limit to be recognized on multiple computers?

Sorry -  forgot this info:

Windows XP on both computers

one computer runs google chrome browser and the other firefox

on both computers the kids have limited accounts

Norton Safety Minder version 2.1.0.37

latest version of Norton Internet Security running on both (no others)

Hi kll3,

Happy New Year!

Thanks for the post.  We are checking into the issue.  I'll give you an update as soon as I get one.

Thanks,

Katie

I'd like to find out a little more about the house rules that have been defined.

is the only time restriction a daily allowance?

Are there any curfew times set?

is your account a free or premiere account?

We are testing the free version for potential purchase of the full version, but we have observed the same with our 4 children across 3 computers.

I would have attached an example where it shows a time block on machine Front at 9:20AM and then another block later the same day on another computer at 6:52PM.  There is supposed to be an entry when time has been extended, and there is no such log entry between the two events on the same day.

Attachment of pictures is not allowed as this message on the forum, appears:

"The file does not have a valid extension for an attachment. txt, log, lue are the valid extensions."

Thanks,
