I changed internet providers so my email address changed. I setup a new account but I cannot install safety minder because it is already installed on my computer so it must first be uninstalled. It requires a password to uninstall safety minder. I tried using my account password but it will not work. I can log into my old account but the same password will not work for unistalling. Suggestions?
