I'm struggling with the Safety Minder on my Vista computer. After re-installing 360 successfully, I re-installed Safety Minder. However, I could not complete the set-up because I could not sign into my Norton account. I typed in my e-mail address and password and clicked the "Next" button, but nothing happened except that the password field was empty. I repeated the process, still same thing. I use the same account on a Windows 7 computer, no problem. Please help!
