SafetyMinder installation issue

I tried to install SafetyMinder on my daughter's laptop.   I downloaded the program on the desktop, then ran the program.   It gave me the "the parameter is incorrect" message.   I tried download it again, reboot the computer several times, it still did not work.

 

I have Window XP and Nortone Internet Security 2010.  Please help.   Thanks
