SafeWeb Blacklisted our company domain twice - waiting for several days and counting

I need a Norton Employee to reply so I can private message our url and case details.

We are an ISP/CDN serving thousands of customers.  The way SafeWeb is being operated is incredibly irresponsible and wreckless:

- Why black list *.domain.com ? Really ?  Our domain is paritioned into tons of sub-domains and thousands of users are using shared each sub-domain.  Our domains serve large and small objects  to many many users.

- No notice is provided when a domain is blacklisted. Why aren't you using WHOIS contacts?  We are also registered with contact information in SafeWeb after the first incident, still nothing?

- We respond to these types of issues within hours.  After registering and establishing our identity as a legitimate business through SafeWeb, how about providing the professional courtesy of allowing our staff to resolve the issue promptly before attempting a blacklist?

- No one answers site_owner_help_en@symantec.com . We've sent many messages.

- The review for our domain was requested via the Safe Web portal 4 days ago and counting.  Status has been "re-evaluation is in progress..."

- We attempted calling Norton Corporate several times.  Operators will not transfer us to a (any random even) employee without first and last name.  They do not have department phone numbers.  Customer service holds were over 1 hour before we hungup (on two occasions).

I hope a Norton employee can followup asap.
