Our customers had started contacting us in mid-May saying your website was blocking our website. I verified our website in May, submitted a re-analysis request and I haven't heard back from anyone at your company at the site owner email address provided to discuss re-analysis the few times I tried using that email address when our re-analysis request still said pending (now for over a month).
Please look at the comments I provided in my resubmission request under the SafeWeb site owner account for raxco.com in May. Our site has been incorrectly flagged and I would like to answer any questions you have related to my resubmission request.
Your service incorrectly flagged a safe file as a malicious file. The file is a test that determines whether your antivirus software actually protects users from keyloggers or not - however the file does not record anything that a keylogger would - it is a safe test and as a developer of award-winning defragmentation software (PerfectDisk) for almost 40 years, we would never place anything malicious on our website. After not hearing back from your company in over a month, and with customers STILL complaining that you're blocking our website, I removed the wrongfully-flagged file from our site a week ago in an effort to speed up the review process.
I would also like to speak to someone at your company to discuss why you flagged our website in error so we can reinstate the wrongfully flagged file without being blocked again.
