Safeweb misleading rating and false-positive detection of goodware

Hello,

I'm owner of http://adguard.ru/ domain and same named adblocking software Adguard.

Symantec safeweb service does not like our domain and software: http://safeweb.norton.com/report/show?url=adguard.ru.

Reasons are unknown for me, ones that written on mentioned page are wrong.

 

As a developer of the site and the application I may say, that the site is absolutely safe and does not contain any harmful content. In addition, all software signed with our digital signature. We provide a well-known advertising blocker addressed to russian internet users and respected by thousand of our users.

 

I already tried to send re-evaluation request (on 23 dec. 2010) and few email messages to site_owner_help_en@symantec.com. None of them have been replied. Moreover, from yesterday, safeweb rating changed from Warning to Caution, and some other our distributions added to blacklist.

 

Could you please clarify the situation, how long should i wait for re-evaluation or just an answer from your support team?

I think 2 weeks are enough for that. Thank you.

Thank you for your help, site was re-evaluated and now rated as safe.

 

But we still have a trouble with Norton Antivirus.

The problem is that all download urls on our site are blocked by antivirus.

For example //download.adguard.ru/d/2/adguardInstaller.exe

 

Could you please help with this issue?

Virus bases are dated 1/12/2011 1:39 PM.
